1 Daily support training (internal and external) related preparation
2 Assist learning material preparation and revision
3 Follow up training courses, collect and analyze learners’ feedbacks.
4 Help with company-wide projects related to corporate culture
5 HR document translation
6 Other unexpected but spportive tasks assigned by Admin Manager,such as:
-To be a backup of receptionist if the permanent staff is in the leaves
-Check and monitor the office equipment keeping in good condition.
-Assist on dealing with Excel and Word documents ,making PPT design for admin activities purpose
- Assist on organizing the HR and Admin activities
- Cross communicate with different departments to deal with admin issues
1 Bachelor’s degree or above.
2 Fluent in both written and spoken English.
3 Interested in L&D and other HR work
4 Previous experience in MNCs will be a plus
